Board Member Quach is a U.S. Army officer with 15 years state and federal service. He is an avid outdoorsmen and father. He has done conservation work from Costa Rica to Indonesia involving sea turtles and other semi-aquatic animals, and holds masters degree from U.S.C. and a Bachelors degree from San Diego State.
Executive Director Rocca has 25 years of public service including working as a park ranger in resource and habitat management. He has also served in the emergency medical services, as a police officer, and in military emergency management. He holds five degrees, including a masters in organizational leadership.
Board Member Pharis has over 26 years of public service. His background includes working as as fire captain / paramedic, reserve deputy sheriff, and arson investigator. He is an experienced outdoorsmen and completed technical rescue courses including wide area searches. He has a degree in emergency medical services.
